What are the system requirements?
In order to run Clear Content you will need a web server running:
- PHP 5.0 or higher
- Mysql 4.0 or higher
To work efficiently with our administration panel we recommend the following browsers:
- Firefox 3.0 or higher
- Safari
Do you offer any support?
We offer a number of support packages to our customers, both email support and telephone support. Please see our support section for more information.
Can you install the software for me?
We've tried to make our installation as easy as possible, but understand that some people may still need a helping hand getting things running smoothly. We offer an installation service which can be purchased at the same time as your software.
Is it safe to pay online?
We use PayPal to handle our payments. PayPal is trusted by millions of people all over the world. All sensitive information is handled by their secure servers to ensure a safe transaction.
When can I start using the software?
After purchasing software from us, you will be able to log into your customer account and download the software straight away. Your licence key will be given to you within 12 hours after your purchase, although this time is usually much quicker.
How do the templates work?
Templates in Clear Content are powered by the Smarty template engine. We have also included a template in the admin so you can quickly and easily make any changes as long as you have an internet connection.
